Version 1.3 of the Tennessee Traffic Cameras Widget incorporates the new Memphis camera system.

Tennessee Traffic Cameras

The Tennessee Traffic Cameras widget provides a simple and easy way to view traffic cameras from across the state of Tennessee, all in one place. The traffic widget ties into the TDOT Smartway Information System, the city of Brentwood, the city of Franklin and the city of Murfreesboro.

Currently the widget provides views of traffic cameras for the cities of Brentwood, Chattanooga, Franklin, Knoxville, Memphis, Murfreesboro, and Nashville. As other cities come online, they will be added to the widget as well.

Traffic images update every time you access your Dashboard. (Some cameras only update every few minutes.)

Streaming Cams

The cities of Brentwood and Murfreesboro are kind enough to provide a live streaming view of their cameras, which the Tennessee Traffic Cameras Widget takes full advantage of.

iPhone

SquareWorld has written an excellent "widget" for viewing the Tennessee traffic camera system on the iPhone.

Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger or newer is required. The Tennessee Traffic Cameras Widget is in no way associated with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, the city of Brentwood, the city of Franklin, or the city of Murfreesboro.

Version 1.3 is released adding new cameras from Memphis.

Most of the cameras on I-55 in Memphis are down. This is a TDOT issue. They'll be restored on the widget as soon as TDOT gets them back up and working.
